All orders are delivered between 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. *Cannot deliver to a post box. Please ensure you are available for delivery or Toll will charge a re-deliver fee.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Nicolangela Pty Ltd delivers products Australia wide and internationally using Australia Post or Toll Fashion Express. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia or International.
Duties & taxes
At checkout, your final purchase price and the shipping amount will be displayed. If your purchase is shipped to an Australian address, Goods and Services Tax will be included in the purchase price. Items shipped overseas will be exclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
International shipments
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Nicolangela, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorise us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and taxation authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
Customer Service Policy
Nicolangela Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. For items that are pre-ordered standard delivery times are 3-10 business days from the middle of the month the items are due.

Refund Policy
DO NOT WORRY, however please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, however should you select the wrong size we will happily exchange for another size should a size be available*. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Exchanges are not applicable on any sale items. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
